This newly created team offers the opportunity to use and expand your diverse clinical skillset and competencies across multiple acute care settings. In this role, you will float between various Medical/Surgical and critical care units based on staffing needs.

Gather and interpret data through history taking and physical assessments and plan interventions to meet patients' needs.

Document care provided and the patient's progress toward desired outcomes. Educate patients and families about the plan of care and how to manage their care after discharge. Administer medication to patients as directed.
